The term Greek philosophy, to begin with is a misnomer, for there is no such philosophy in existence.

After nearly five thousand years of prohibition against the Greeks, they were permitted to enter Egypt for the purpose of their education. First through the Persian invasion and secondly through the invasion of Alexander the Great.

From the sixth century B.C. therefore to the death of Aristotle (322 B.C.) the Greeks made the best of their chance to learn all they could about Egyptian culture; most students received instructions directly from the Egyptian Priests, but after the invasion by Alexander the Great, the Royal temples and libraries were plundered and pillaged, and Aristotle's school converted the library at Alexandria into a research centre. There is no wonder then, that the production of the unusually large number of books ascribed to Aristotle has proved a physical impossibility, for any single man within a life time.

The history of Aristotle's life, has done him far more harm t han good, since it carefully avoids any statement relating to his visit to Egypt, either on his own account or in company with Alexander the Great, when he invaded Egypt. This silence of history at once throws doubt upon the life and achievements of Aristotle. He is said to have spent twenty years under the tutorship of Plato, who is regarded as a Philosopher, yet he graduated as the greatest of Scientists of Antiquity. Two questions might be asked : did no t know? ; and (b) w (a) h ow could Plato teach Aristotle what he himself hy should Aristotle spend twenty years under a teacher from whom he could learn nothing? This bit of history sounds incredible. Again, in order to avoid suspicion over the extraordinary number of books ascribed to Aristotle, history tells us that Alexander the Great, gave him a large sum of money to get the books. Here again the history sounds incredible, and three statements must here be made.

Have you already heard of the expression “This is Afrika”?

Meaning, the mess you see out there, the corruption, the irresponsibility, the mediocrity and the failure of our current institutions and leaders represent the real Afrika; and You, outsider or visitor, have to accept it, adapt to it or die!

Let me tell you something. The Afrika you are seeing or reading about  IS NOT Afrika but a weak, sick, broken continent: the legacy of 5 centuries of destructions and aggression.

You don’t call a sick person by the name of his disease.

After a girl got raped and got depressed and down, you don’t go around calling her “The depressed girl” or saying “That girl is like that”.

If a member of your family is sick, you don’t go around saying to anyone who wants to hear you “This is who he is”, no, you want to find ways to cure the sick member of the family, because you know “This is not him”.

People who are saying “This is Afrika” are the enemies of the continent.

The same people would call their deranged or disturbed father or mother “Ok” and go on doing their business as usual because they don’t care.

They would say without hesitation “This is my father”, because – you know what- they don’t feel belonging to the family anymore or don’t care to deal with the sick member.

Please never say again “This is Afrika”.

Corruption is not normal. Irresponsible leaders are not normal.
Unprofessional people are not normal.
Carelessness is not something normal.
We don’t have to get used to them. Never get used to injustice and poverty.

Now, say “This is not Afrika!” A sick, weak, and occupied continent has nothing we are proud of. We are ashamed of what is happening to our continent. Again say “This is not Afrika”.

The Afrika we want is the one of our glorious ancestors, empire builders, Kings and Queens, proud and glorious warriors, resilient and affirmative, respected and feared. Unstoppable in their Intent.

We have to learn what brought them to the excellency they have achieved, and like little children sitting on their shoulders we’d use the lessons we have learned to built a powerful continent where we the Afrikans are in control, not the foreigners.

Afrikans are not poor. They have been made poor! It’s not a permanent status.

All Afrikans all over the world we charge you to rise up against the colonial boundaries set up for us by the Colonial Berlin Conference of 1884/85 and still being controlled by the colonial powers till today.

Ask yourself, are we really independent, are we really better off, are we truly in control of our affairs since the so-called independence?
The answer is "NO" and the reason is you can only control what you own, and what was made for you.

The so-called Countries we have today were crafted for the Europeans by the Europeans and to the Europeans at the Berlin Conference to divide and rule us.

We need our own conference.
Our own nation.
Our own nationality
For our own progress.

We must rise above the boundaries of nationalities and ethnicity and forge a pure Afrikan identity to get the power to free us all from oppression and slavery.

Our Power Will only be real when we Unite and see the United States of Afrika as our nation and know who are adversaries are:

Our enemies are not fellow Afrikans, our competitors are not the ethnic groups beside us, but those who come into enrich themselves by destroying our kingdom.

That is our only true country.

Over the past 50 plus years, our dear country Ghana has been going backward while all the other countries it started out with have made progress for the benefit of their peoples.

Ghana's leadership, after 1966, has been abysmal. The result of bad leadership; poor or no policies and the absence of rule of law. We thus find our dear motherland in a sad state with poor healthcare, poor education, schools without buildings, no jobs for the educated much less the uneducated. Our children, brothers and sisters risk their lives for menial jobs and  unspeakable abuses in foreign lands.

Many people in the world believe that if Ghana had continued on the path Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah had laid out, Ghanaians would be among the most prosperous people in the world today. The good news is that it is not too late. We Ghanaians can still do a lot in reasonable time to make Ghana a better place for us all in spite of ongoing, deliberate attempts to destroy the laudable accomplishments of Dr. Nkrumah.

Then, there is the systematic efforts to sell off the strategic and commercial national assets he created. Sold to cronies and relatives at the expense of YOU and ME, the ordinary Ghanaian, whose welfare derives from these national enterprises.

So, whether the current state of affairs continues is up to you and me. It is up to us to decide whether we want our government, to create opportunities for us and our children or whether we are satisfied living in our present hardships - with little or no opportunities for our children, our relatives, you and me. Current conditions force our youth, in their most productive years, to risk their lives crossing deserts and seas only to be treated inhumanely, like slaves again. Is'nt it time we stand together and say “NO, NO MORE !”

And so there is indeed hope for a glorious future for all of us, that God still holds out profound blessings for us all Ghanaians.

We therefore urge you to join us, ONE AFRIKA FAMILY GHANA.

For several years, blond hair was attributed to Caucasians but the Melanesians of Solomon Islands are one of the few groups with blonde hair outside Europe.

Melanesians are black island people in the south pacific that migrated over thousands of years ago, long before the blacks that came to the Americas as slaves.

As people continue to unravel the dynamics of earth and understand the link between the various skin colour, the planet, in turn, continues to reveal bits that have left people admittedly surprised and curious on how intertwined the world races are.

For a long time, it was believed that only the Caucasians had blond hair. It was not until 1756 that Charles de Brosses wrote about an ‘old black race’ in the Pacific defeated by a people called Polynesia and in 1832 when Jules Dumont d’Urville wrote about the same race and their unique hair colour that the world became aware of the people called Melanesians in the Melanesia Islands.

Melanesia Island is located in the Solomon Islands, the sub-region of Oceania. Close to them are regions such as Australia, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Island, and New Caledonia.

There exists a debate on how they came to be in the Islands. A school of thought believe that their origin is traced to the present-day Papuan-speaking people. Another school believes that their ancestor landed Solomon Island more than 3,000 years ago. Upon arrival, they came in contact with the Papuan-speaking peoples.

Despite the contradictions, they all agree with one thing: these people have no link to transatlantic slavery. If this is certain, then how did they get their blond hair?  Outside of Africa, they are the only dark-skinned people with natural blond hair, a rare occurrence even in Africa. However, those with blond hair are a small portion (about 5%-10%).

There are several theories on how they got their blond hair. Some scholars argue that their blond hair comes from the sun and their consumption of fish. Another argues that it is because of their cross-marriage with Europeans who settled in the Islands.It is a recessive gene and is more common in children than in adults, with hair tending to darken as the individual matures.

This contributes to the theories that black Africans were the first homo sapiens and that all races came out of the black African race. What do you think about black blondes? Please comment and share below. Source: Guardian
