 When Bob Marley sang "Afrika Unite", few persons understood what he meant, and I wasn't among them.

I thought "Afrika unite" meant Afrikan people should just be attending meetings together, holding hands together emotionally, but that's not true, although that is what is more obtainable today.

Afrikan unity is a practical application of the Afrikan love and wisdom philosophy known as "Pan-Afrikanism".

Pan-Afrikanism is a philosophy that All people of Afrikan descent worldwide should UNITE to solve the problem of all Afrikan people.

The philosophy of Pan-Afrikanism which has Edward Wilmot Blyden as its father, is the only known way to the restoration of the glory of the Blackman, and that ideology gave birth to the United Afrika or United States of Afrika.

THE 3 SIGNIFICANCES OF A UNITED AFRIKA.

1. Afrikans becoming One:
Afrikan Unity signifies the Afrikan people becoming one people; it means that all of us from Gabon, Chad, Algeria, Zimbabwe, Niger, Azania (South Afrika) all become "Afrikans" first, and not Libyans, Haitians, Angolans.

Being Afrikan, means assuming your full Afrikan identity and seeing all Afrikans as your brothers and sisters and fellow citizens.

It means the Afrikan people share their poverty and wealth, joy and pain, oil and sweat together in the good times and the bad times and at all times.

Afrikan unity means
all Afrikans Unite!!! and solve the problems of all Afrikans together, rather than say, oh Zimbabwe is under sanction, no! The Afrikan man sees it and says, "oh our fellow Afrikans are being persecuted, we can't let our brothers suffer alone!"

AFRIKA UNITE MEANS THE ETHNIC GROUPS OF AFRIKA UNITE!!!

There are about 2,000 ethnic groups in Afrika and

There is only one Afrika hence all the ethnic groups in Afrika must become one as well, we must live in peace as one people.


Afrika unite means the leaders and the people of Afrika Unite!!!.

The unity of Afrika is the
oneness of heart, spirit soul and will of the Afrikans.

The oneness of Afrikans is the protection of Afrikans. It makes us our brother's keeper, a people rising by helping each other up, a people cooperating worldwide, a defended and protected people.

2. AFRIKA UNITE MEANS ONE COUNTRY ONE CITIZENSHIP FOR ALL AFRIKANS

The United Afrika, which Dr Kwame Nkrumah and Muma Gaddafi sacrificed their lives for, and which Bob Marley sang about, and which we advocate for, is for Afrikans to gather up the divided, weak, colonised states of Afrika, and merge them up into one single, powerful, free, united states of Afrika: One Country, one nation, one currency, one army, one govt and one people, and of course one language.

Afrika as one country is what the United Afrika means, and that is to sum up all the powers of the 55 states of Afrika into One Mega country larger and blessed that theuunited Amerika.

Afrikan unity will create the next world power named the United States of Afrika, that is what Afrikan Unity means.

The Afrikan citizenship is an elevation of status to the level among the world top citizenship, which greater than any regional nationality which can take us nowhere beyond where we currently are.

3. AFRIKA UNITE SIGNIFIES PEACE AND PROGRESS OF AFRIKANS

There must be a motivation behind every deliberate action.

There must be a reason why many popular and great Afrikans keep saying "Afrika Must Unite."

 There is a reason for African unity, there are reasons for Afrikan unity and all those reasons all point towards Afrikan peace and progress
Africa unite, unite for what, why should we unite.

Marcus Garvey saw the pains of the Afrikan people and preached : Afrika Unite

Cheik Anta Diop studied so hard, researched day and nite and Wrote that Afrika must unite
Bob Marley saw the pains of Afrikans and snag Afrika

Unite for the benefit of your people!
Unite for the benefit of my children

Former President Mwalimu Nyerere of Tanzania told us to "work for unity with the firm conscious that without unity there is no future for Afrika"

Dr. Kwame Nkrumah made it clear and wrote it in His Book Afrika Music Unite because that is the Solution to Afrika's challenges

Dr. Kwame Nkrumah also went ahead to tell us at the Cairo Conference 26th July 1964 that "

a United Afrika can cure us of our economic ills and lift us out of our despair and frustration".

Afrikan unity when applied has proven to be the Afrikan solution:

It was the Pan-Afrikan movement of the 19th century, the Pan-Afrikan conferences of the 1900 to 1954, the Marcus Garvey mass movement of the early 20th century and the writings and teachings of great Afrikan scholars of the 19th and 20th centuries that marked the move for the liberation of the people of Afrika globally from racism and  continentally from colonisation

It was that power from the global unity of Afrikans that gave birth to Afrikan nationalism that defeated colonisation and got independence for Afrika.




But today, Afrika is still not as prosperous as we dreamt of, we still have mass poverty, disease and hunger and colonisation is still here and more colonisers are coming.

In summary things are not as bad as there were before independence, but things are not as good as we desire even with independence.

There are degrees of unity and there are degrees of freedom and degrees of progress.

The degree of Afrikan unity of the past gave us independence alone, only a higher degree of Afrikan unity shall grant us the freedom for Afrikan progress.

Peace, progress and prosperity for all Afrikans and Afrikans rising from Last To First in the world are the dreams of all Afrikans.

That is why our great leaders, writers and singers unanimously say

AFRIKA UNITE!!!

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION TO AFRIKA'S CHALLENGES?
SPEECH BY EZE CHIMERE NWAUZO CHAIRMAN OF OAF @OAF FIRST PAN-AFRIKAN CONFERENCE 19 AUG 2018

Greetings to all Afrikans all over the world I am Eze Chimere Nwauzo Chairman of the One Afrika Family Organization welcoming you once again to our first Pan-Afrikan Conference.

Our Dream Is prosperity for every Afrikan, and our vision is to Lead Afrikans from last to first.
Once again thank you for honoring our invitation.

The first Pan-Afrikan Conference was organized In London in the year 1900 by Sylvester Williams and other black leaders.

Between 1900 and 1945, Afrikans met more than 5 times to discuss the conditions of blacks in the world,
 the role of Afrika in world history,
 Issue of Colonization of Afrika and to press for eventual independence of Afrikan states. 

Today, almost all Afrikan states have gotten their "independence", blacks now have more control over their affairs than before the first Pan-Afrikan Conference was held in 1900.

 All these successes prove the fact that unity is strength and that Kwame Nkrumah was right in saying "there is no force however formidable that a united people cannot overcome" and that ultimately, the Pan-Afrikan Conferences were really successful.

 For us the Afrikan Family today, we have looked around and seen that truly all is still not well with us:
That despite the independence our ancestors fought for have been gotten:

that we now have our own Presidents or prime ministers, Governors, lawyers, senators,
and we now seem to be in control of our economy, health, education etcetera yet we find out we are still at the bottom of the ladder just like yesterday:

We have abundant resources which we export as raw materials, import as finished products and still complain that millions of us are still unemployed and are in poverty just like it was, yesterday;

From time to time we go to the polls to vote, but the people who we elect now turn out to be our rulers rather than our leaders;

We have independent states of our own yet we still find that our  affairs, our lands, our resources, our beliefs, our ethnic cohesion are still under some form of indirect control;

We are independent yet we are not free
It has finally dawned on us that independence is not freedom
And that colonialism is not the last stage of imperialism.

Therefore we are now left with the bitter truth that the battle is not yet over.

Now what Afrikans  are asking are today are:
 where do we go from here?
How do we become entirely free?
How do we become entirely free from imperialism,
free from nepotism
Free from tribalism, corruption and dictatorship?

How do we lift the hundreds of millions of our people from poverty to prosperity?
How do we use our God-given resources to build a world we can be proud of?

How do we solve Afrika's problems?
What is the solution to the Afrikan Challenges?

In the Berlin Conference of 1884, the entire Afrika was shared like a piece of meat between Colonizers.

After the Conference was concluded  in 26 February 1885,
 We couldn't stop our people from being murdered in millions;
We could not stop our civilizations from being destroyed;
Our people were dispossessed, as our lands were taken from us   and our nations were being reduced to colonies one after the other right before our eyes.
We were divided into colonial states by the colonisers, to the colonisers and for the benefits of the colonisers
 And Afrika is still very much colonised up up till today.

In what ways today are we even better off than yesterday?
Look at how we are the poorest continent and people out of all people in the world:
more than 400million Afrikans are living in extreme poverty without access to food, water and shelter the basic necessities of life, how is that life?

Look at how Afrikan youths are trekking across the hot deserts, drowning in the deep blue sea, being enslaved in Libya just because they want to crossover from Afrika to Europe. WHY?

Why must we be fleeing from Afrika the cradle of civilizations?

Why can we build something greater than we had yesterday, why?
Why can't the resources in Afrika be used to develop or to redevelop Afrika? Why

Afrika's population has been increasing rapidly, growing from 221 million in 1950 to 1 billion in 2009.  The current population of Afrika about 1.29billion is about 16.64% of world population, yet the production in Afrika is only about 2.4% of world production.

 Nearly half of all children in inner Afrika are living in extreme poverty, how are we going to cope in the year 2050, 32 years from today, when 1.3 billion people are going to be added to the population of Afrika making our population to be about 2.2 billion people, how are we going to cope then if 47.5% Afrikans live in poverty today
?

Some believe that Afrika is cursed, that Afrika is doomed to eternal bondage, that there is no solution to Afrika's challenges and that the black is a curse.
Is Afrika cursed? If Afrika was cursed, then why is Afrika the cradle of all  civilizations in the world?

Why were Afrikans at the forefront of civilization for thousands of years as stated by all historic facts and evidences if Afrikans or blacks were cursed?

Afrikans as a fact have the greatest history and a great future, yes, today we are deep in challenges, but there is no challenge that cannot be overcome, there is no problem without the solution and we the One Afrika Family we do not only believe in Afrikan Progress, we know that we shall achieve the progress that we Afrikans dream of.

Now the question is what is the Afrikan Solution?
The belief that the key to Afrikan progress lies somewhere is right in our heart, but the question is "what is it?"

Is it in religion?
The most prosperous states have not always been the most religious states. Religion can only bring success in the light of truth and not in the abundance of zeal, what is the truth that religion has to tell us about Afrikan Progress?

Is the Afrikan solution more education?
We have education, yet instead of productivity, we have unemployment. Yes we need  proper education to point to us the way forward,
 to teach us something we obviously have ignored or have trifled or perhaps not yet fully applied to make us move forward.
What should education teach us to do first for the progress of Afrika?

Or Is the Afrikan solution independence?

Some of the founding fathers of Afrikan states taught that what they needed was Independence, 50years later, the only things we have are our own flags, UN representatives, Presidents and other things remain the same.

Is it more agriculture?
Over 55% of Afrikans are into Agriculture yet we have 430million people starving every day, while only less than 2% of America feed all the 326 million Americans and still have much to export.

Or freer elections?
How can we conduct free elections when we are not yet free?
What about our best leaders like Sankara and Gadafi who were cut short while in office?

None of these is the Afrikan solution, they can only point to the Afrikan solution.

 if we check Afrika after independence and America after Independence we will begin to understand why America became the top while Afrika remained below after independence.

After America won her independence in 1783, in 1787 they came together, all the thirteen former colonies that made up the American confederation and formed the United States of America.

Today, you cannot do anything serious in the world without America being the leader.
Today America has more influence than even Britain that colonised them.

Today, American Dollar is almost the world currency: we trade our oil, gold, BitCoin, cars etc in dollars, while no Afrikan Currency is being used in serious trade inside or outside Afrika.

The GDP of America is about $20 trillion, while the total GDP of all 55 Afrikan states is less than $3trillion.

But not only America had the same success story:

When four nations came together in 1922 and formed the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics USSR those nations knew the power of unity in the face of a competitive world.

From a collection of poor states, they were able to rise to the second most powerful nation in the world, and the second largest economy in the world.

For we Afrikans, a people who have been enslaved, colonised and still under a threat of neocolonialism why should we need to be told that we need to unite to rebuild and reconstruct Afrika?

Can't we see that even the weak become strong when they are united?
And those who refuse to unite are ruled by those who are united.

 Dr. Kwame Nkrumah who was voted the greatest Afrikan for the last one thousand years  exclaimed

 "it is clear that we must find the Afrikan solution to the Afrikan challenges and that Afrikan solution is Afrikan Unity"

America had to unite,
The USSR had to unite
China had to unite
And the whole world had to follow their lead
The Divided will always follow the United

We are the poorest people in the world and we have our eyes on the top, why don't we unite and get there together?

Not only Dr Kwame Nkrumah agrees that the Afrikan Solution we have been waiting for is Afrikan Unity:

In the 5th panAfrikan conference held in 1945, All blacks from all over the world came to the conclusion "Afrika Unite"

 Marcus Garvey the renowned Leader of the UNIA also said
Afrika Unite

According to famous scholar of Afrikan history and languages Cheik Anta Diop
"Afrika unite"

Dr. Kwame Nkrumah wrote it as a book with the title
"Afrika must unite"

Former President Julius Mwalimu  Nyerere of Tanzania told us to
"work for unity with the full assurance that without unity there is no future of Afrika"

And Muma Gadafi put into action and showed in simple terms that Afrika can Unite,
Afrika must unite and
Afrika will be great again when Afrika Unites

And I Eze Chimere Nwauzo support the wisdom of our leaders by asserting
"Afrikan Unity is the Foundation of Afrikan progress and the first mission of any genuine Afrikan leader must be to Unify Afrika"

As it is written, and in the song of Bob Marley
 "Behold how good and how pleasant it will be to see the Unification of Afrika"

And the Afrikan Proverb says
"If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together"

Even Economics teaches us the principle of Division of labour: how we produce much more together and so little alone.

That which religion should teach us,
That which education should teach us,
That which history, independence, colonialism every factor around us: good and bad Should teach us is that we need to Unite to make progress, Afrikan Unity is Afrikan progress.
No Afrikan state can be free alone, all Afrikans must unite to be free together.

When slavery got to a peak in the Caribbean Islands in 1791, it was the unity of all blacks under the leadership of Touissant L'Ouverture that overthrew the forces of slavery and abolished slavery in Haiti.

When there was Jim Crow racism against blacks in America, it was the unity of  blacks under Martin Luther King and Malcolm X that brought the prejudice against blacks in America down to its knees, and it is also Afrikan unity that will lead Afrikan-Americans from last to first in Amerika.

When the world was wondering if Afrikans ever contributed anything to world development, it was Pan-Afrikanism that challenged that notion of black inferiority and proved to the world that not only did Afrika contribute to the civilization of the world, but that Afrika is the birthplace of humanity and civilization and that for thousands of years Afrikans were at the forefront of all world progress.

When Afrikans thought that being black was a curse, or a limitation or a disadvantage, it was Pan-Afrikanism that made us realize that blacks were in no way inferior to whites and that "the black skin is not a symbol of shame but a badge of national Honor"

When Nelson Rohlila Mandela challenged the evil of apartheid in South Afrika in the 1940s up to 1990s, it was the united efforts of Afrikans all over the world that destroyed apartheid and brought Mandela out of prison in 11 February 199o.

After the Colonial Conference of 1885 it was Afrikan Unity, it was the pan-Conferences first announced that it was time for the independence of Afrika.

When the colonisers wanted to colonize Afrika, they united at the Berlin Conference, if only Afrika was united and not Divided, Afrika have been safe and not enslaved

And If not for Afrikan unity, Afrikans would have still being under direct colonialism,

If not for Afrikan Unity there would never have been  independent today,

If not for Afrikan Unity,  the whole world would have still been thinking that Afrikans contributed nothing to civilization

If not for Afrikan Unity, being black would have still being a curse

But today, Afrikan Progress is not yet enough, because Afrikan Unity is not yet given enough opportunity to better the lot of Afrikans
Because if we knew the meaning and power of Afrikan Unity, we would say "let Afrika Unite tonite".

Afrikan Unity,, is Afrikan progress

Afrikan Unity is Afrikans coming together as a family to decide how Afrika should be, how Afrika should not be;

Afrikan Unity is Afrikans working Together toward Afrikan Progress.

Afrikan unity is the three dimensional force that liberates and prospers Afrikans anytime, any day and anywhere.

The three dimensions of Afrikan Unity are
The global unity of Afrikans
The continental unity of Afrika
The ethnic union of Afrika

The global unity of Afrikans is the foundational unity of Afrika,  the global coming together of 1.29 billion Afrikans at home, and hundreds of millions of people of Afrikan descent abroad as one big family under "One God, One Aim, One Destiny," as Marcus Garvey taught us in the days of the UNIA

The global unity of Afrikans began the push for Afrikan independence, and gave us the wisdom that after independence, let us not turn aside from that principle through which The Lord gave us independence.

To achieve Afrikan Freedom, we must Unify Afrika into one nation, one people, one Afrika for all Afrikans: the United States of Afrika that is it, that is Afrikan Freedom.

To have a govt that commands respect in the world
"Afrika must unite";

To go beyond independence to full freedom for all Afrikan people and states
"Afrika Unite"

To end ethnicism and xenophobia and make Afrikans see fellow Afrikans as brother and sisters rather than rivals and killers
"Afrika unite";

To allow the talents and skills we have in Afrikans to be a blessing to Afrikans
"Afrikans Unite";

To reclaim fully the history of Afrika, the great deeds of Afrikans which are not being taught in schools;

 As Patrice Lumumba of Congo once famously said

" The day will come when history will speak. But it will not be the history which will be taught in Brussels, Paris, Washington or the United Nations Afrika will write its own history and in both north and south it will be a history of glory and dignity"

To reclaim this great Afrikan history and secure today's prosperity
"Afrika Unite"

When Afrika Unites
We shall have peace and progress needed to rebuild Afrika because we shall join our hands, and minds and hearts to build the United States of Afrika.

We know on the way of Afrikan Unity lies some challenges as the adage says that nothing good comes easy.  But while we look at how big or how tall and large the mountains that stand on our way, let us remind ourselves

"That whatever stands on the way of Afrikan Unity, stands on the way of Afrikan progress. And the same we strive against the forces that stand on the way of our progress,  so.let us UNITE against the forces that stand against the Unification of Afrika.

We shall not let tribalism, or ethnicism be tall enough mountains  to stop  the United States of Afrika,
 we shall overcome them all when we sit down on the roundtable of brotherhood refusing to stand until the last ethnic problem is resolved and the united States of Afrika is united in heart and mind and the ethnic groups of Afrika shall see each other as one and fellow Afrikans

 and the United States of Afrika shall rise as a star admired from near and afar  with prosperity for every Afrikan.

Long live Afrikan Unity the Afrikan Solution
And long live the United States of Afrika
Unite Afrika Unite!!!

Greetings to all Afrikan people all over the world.
We are The One Afrika Family Organization: The Community of all Afrikan people all over the world

 The burden in our heart is the progress of all Afrikans:
How to change the present state of Afrika;
How to transform our state of poverty into prosperity;
To change the centuries of bondage of Afrikans to a new era of freedom, joy happiness and prosperity for all Afrikans.

The entire Afrika was shared like a piece of meat by Colonisers at the Berlin Conference, we couldn't stop our lands from being reduced to colonies, we were cut into satellite states for the benefits of colonisers and we are still more or less a colony till today.

Now we all know very much the present state of Afrika:
How we are the poorest continent and people on earth;
How Afrikans are found at the bottom of the ladder in every place on earth;
How the resources of Afrika are being used to develop already developed nations outside Afrika while Afrika has been taking steps back and forth one step forward and two steps back.

We have crude oil and we import petrol;
We have iron, nickel, aluminium etc yet we import phones, we import cars, we Import ships we import planes and export hardly any finished goods.

The poor electricity supply in Afrika is also a big issue:
We have more than enough rivers, and lakes, wind and uranium  yet we have only about 6hours average power supply across Afrika daily.
Of what use are our crude oil and the hot sun of Afrika if  we have 600million Afrikans without electricity?

We have the second largest continent: Afrika is 11.7 million square miles, just under twice the size of Russia of 6.6million square miles meaning that Afrika is bigger than Canada, the United States and China put together; we have the Congo basin enough to feed us;
Over 55% of Afrika’s labour force working in food production with vast areas of arable and pastoral lands supporting agricultural economies, yet 430,213,640 people in Afrika live in extreme poverty while some countries in the desert are exporting food.

Afrika’s population has been increasing rapidly, growing from 221 million in 1950 to 1 billion in 2009.  The current population of Afrika is about 1.29 billion based on the latest United Nations estimates.
Afrika's population is equivalent to 16.64% of the total world population

 If nearly half of all children in inner Afrika are living in extreme poverty, according to a joint UNICEF-World Bank report
Seventy-five percent of the world's poorest countries are located in Afrika, how are we going to cope when by 2050, 1.3 billion people are projected to be added to our population making our population to be about 2.6 billion people?We have to do sth fast.

Some believe that the challenges of Afrika cannot be solved, that Afrika is doomed to servitude. But we believe in the Afrikan Solution; we the One Afrika Family believe in  Afrikan Progress:

We draw inspiration from the fact that:
America was once a confederation of thirteen colonies now the world leader, Russia was once backward but now Russia is a global power, Singapore was once a third world colony but today, Singapore is one of the Ist world nations, China was once a nation of poor people but today China has the world's second largest economy and is the "Technological hub of the world".

If these nations and every other nation on top of the world rose from the valleys to the hills, then Afrika shall surely rise again and we believe that we are the ones to make that happen together.

These are the reasons why we are organizing ourselves all over the world to discuss and implement the Afrikan solution: how to lead Afrika out from the present valley to the glorious peak of light.

We are counting on you to be part of the Afrikan solution by being part of these Pan-Afrikan Conference we shall be holding starting 19th August 2018 at Luxury City Hotel Aba, Nigeria and worldwide with the Vision of "Leading Afrikans From Last To First"

An Afrika entirely connected by road, rail and waterways;
An Afrika totally electrified 24/7;
I see Afrikan cities rebuilt; schools, industries, hospitals excellently and sufficiently built and affordable for everyone;
I see Afrika rising again like the Sun rises after sunset.
Dying are the days of Sunset in Afrika,
The light of Afrika shall rise and never to fall again
We shall rise again from last to first
I see that
And that is the Afrikan Vision
And we are making it come true.

Are Blacks, inferior to whites?

Some ask in their hearts
"Are blacks inferior to whites?"
The answer is NO, blacks are NOT in ANYWAY inferior to whites whether by color, by beauty, by intelligence or by history.

Firstly,  the color black is the most fashionable color in the world, even whites can't attend any occasion but dressed up in all black: suit, tie, socks and shoes etc. If black was not fashionable, no one would love to dress in black or be painted black by wearing all black.

Secondly, Black complexion has been praised for generations:
Black is beautiful, the sonnets written by "William Shakespeare" were to a "dark Lady whose identity is shrouded in mystery". That lady was a Moor that is a black lady. In the middle ages, black was considered the colour of true beauty and the colour of royalty as blacks were right in top of the world then and are warming UP again. When blacks become Prosperous again, everyone will love to be black, because success is beautiful and poverty is ugly. What is beautiful anout white us that whites are the most successful in these passing times, while black is meant to look ugly because of the poverty that most blacks have been in, when the tables turn, so will the colour attribution.

Thirdly, the rich black history of excellence:
In terms of intelligence and historical contribution, forget about the present state of blacks, the civilization you see in the world is of Afrikan origin. Civilization has been traced to the "inner Afrika" which then reached its peak at Kemet from where nations that are close to Afrika began to tap from the ingenuity if Afrika. It explains why Greece was the first civilised European state, because it is so close to Kemet the unity and peak of Afrika, in Egypt also was were the Israelis learnt civilization for 430 years, the Kemetian civilization was also exported to India, Assyria, China etc (all these nations were also blacks), and  the light All started in Afrika "the land of Origin".

The present state of Afrika is a product of the invasions of Afrika by the Hyksos, Assyrians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Arabs and Europeans which destroyed our black civilization and  we can only regain that by UNITY.

Further information of Black contribution to development include Maths (Ishango bone 20,000bc), Geometry (For pyramid building). The so called "Pythagorean theorem" is an appropriation of Afrikan ingenuity, it was a system used by Afrikans in pyramid building medicine (Imhotep, the father of medicine), Mummification, building with blocks, astronomy and astrology etc all were originated by and masters by Afrikans before the world took them from us.

In today's world, the father of the internet is an Afrikan: Filip Emeagwali, Keith C Holmes took twenty years to write a book "Black Inventors, Crafting Over 200 Years of Success"
that gathers about 15,000 inventions by blacks across the world eg Fred McKinley Jones invented the Refrigerating system which the modern world cannot do without, David Unaipon, an Aboriginal Australian invented the machine for shearing sheep wool, Sandra J Baylor received about 10 patents working with IBM in ICT. According to Keith C Holmes, the father of Enquiry into black inventions is Henry E Baker.

Henry E Baker sent out some 8,000 letters to more than 12,000 registered patent attorneys in the United States, along with company presidents, newspaper editors and prominent Afrikan Americans. He asked them to tell him about any Afrikan American who had patented or tried to patent an invention.

Nearly 2,500 patent attorneys responded, stating that “they had never heard of a colored inventor, and never expected to hear of one.” Still, Henry’s investigation uncovered over 1,200 Afrikan American inventors. Of these, 800 gave permission for Henry to reveal their identities, because there had never been identifying passages on the patent application to indicate race. But the remaining inventors refused official identification, stating that such exposure would surely make sales of their inventions drop drastically–or cease altogether! The 800 verified inventions did not represent even half of the patents Henry knew for certain were filed by Afrikan Americans, and he was keenly disappointed. But he, too, realized that exposure meant jeopardizing sales.

You can see from the above excerpt how true Afrikan ingenuity is being covered by anti black prejudice which is the problem. Blacks are as incentive and innovative or even more than any people, even in the face of racism which is psychologically proven to reduce our capacity to produce.

THE BERLIN CONFERENCE & THE PAN-AFRIKAN CONFERENCES
From November 15, 1884 to 26 February 1885 the Western Powers had a Conference on how to divide Afrika up to the colonies of the West mostly among Germany, France, Britain and Belgium, among the total 14 nations who were part of the conference.
They claim they wanted to end slavery in Afrika, but they replaced chattel slavery with another form of slavery: Colonialism, which they later replaced with Neocolonialism which we are still suffering today.
It was the Pan-Afrikan Conferences held by Afrikans that began to reverse the enslavement of Afrikans by white supremacist nations.
Today, we need more Pan-Afrikan Conferences to end Neocolonialism, the coming invasions by especially China, and also  ethnic and tribal conflicts.
We must have Conferences today to finally Unite Afrika and be protected from further invasions, rebuild Afrika and be the most prosperous nation and people on earth, in charge and not under control as it has been in the past.

No to Colonisation of Afrika

There are three dimensions (levels) at which Afrikans must unite and those three dimensions must be handled sometimes separately, sometimes jointly but with deep understanding that they are not exactly the same and that they will come at different paces and cost.

The three dimensions of Afrikan unity are: Global Afrikan Unity, Continental Unity and Ethnic Unity.

The above three dimensions are the levels which when they are fully achieved then Afrikan unity has been fully achieved, but we must not have them all at once to progress but we must work on each dimension to get it to the desired level while not neglecting the other aspects.

Those who know the gains of Afrikan unity know that there is no reason why Afrika should not unite because in our unity lies the rebuilding of Afrika and the return of the glory of all Afrikans worldwide.

Meaning of Afrikan Unity

Afrikan Unity broadly defined is Afrikans working together toward Afrikan Progress; It means Afrikans becoming One: Afrikans working together as one to progress.

Now the 3 dimensions of AFRIKAN UNITY fully described:

1. Global Afrikan Unity:

Global Afrikan Unity is the unity of PEOPLE: unity of all Afrikan People all over the world. It is a global cooperation of all people of Afrikan descent and it was the original dimension of unity that was initiated by Pan-Afrikanism.

It was the global unity of all Afrikans that gave rise to Edward Wilmot Blyden, Marcus Garvey, Malcolm X, Ivan Sertima, Henrik Clarke and a host of other Pan-Afrikan leaders, scholars etc.

Global Afrikan Unity touches the plight of all Afrikans all over the world while protecting and defending Afrika as the homeland of all Afrikans and the origin of civilization.

We must take the global unity of all Afrikans to greater heights by continuing in the teachings of  our early Pan-Afrikan leaders especially Marcus Garvey who achieved so much by uniting all Afrikans under one umbrella: the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA)/ Afrikan Communities League and working towards the progress of all Afrikans worldwide with the slogan: "One God, One Aim, One Destiny".

At his peak he had more than 4 million active Afrikans in his network and had many businesses communally owned by Afrikans employing Afrikans eg the Black Star Line. He also invented the Red Green Black and Gold which together has become the colour wheel of Afrikans.

To Afrikans of today

We Afrikans must unite globally under one umbrella; we must cooperate socially, politically, spiritually and economically; we must buy and sell within ourselves to enrich ourselves; we must educate, train, enhance and equip ourselves to be the best; we must defend and protect the interests of all Afrikans without border; we must fund ourselves, help ourselves, love ourselves in everyway we can; we must all work together worldwide to rebuild Mother Afrika which is our root and where lies our pride.



2. Continental Unity:

The second dimension of Afrikan Unity is Continental Unity.
The Continental union of Afrika is the unification of all the 55 countries of Afrika also including the Afrikan countries abroad (Jamaica, Haiti) etc into One Nation, One Country, One Super State: "The United Continent of Afrika" or "The United Afrika" or "The United States of Afrika" or "The United Countries of Afrika"

This dimension of Afrikan Unity was the dimension that Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Nyerere, Cheik Anta Diop, Muma Gaddafi etc emphasized the most while also in active activism for Global Afrikan Unity.

The Continental Unity of Afrika is a very Powerful union which when gotten will give Afrika:

One Powerful Currency
One Powerful Army
One Powerful Govt
One Afrikan Continental Bank
One Large Economy
One Large Market
The Afrikan Monetary Fund

And many other powerful advantages which are too numerous to mention and which Afrikans cannot take advantage of without unity:

It will make Afrikans have a govt they can rely on worldwide;
It will boost Intra-Afrika trade, and therefore Afrikan ICT, productivity in Agriculture, health, Manufacturing etc

Afrikans must be well informed on the many benefits that are attached to the Continental Unity of Afrika so we can all ask our representatives at the Afrikan Union to quickly sign the One Afrikan Nation into existence: no Afrikan state can rise and stand alone but together as one United Afrika all Afrikan states shall rise as they desire and never have our backs on the ground anymore.

3. Ethnic/Tribal Unity:

An ethnic group is a group of people having common racial, national, religious or cultural origins. While a tribe is group within the ethnic group:

Tribes are offshoots of ethnic groups, meaning that they could speak a dialect of an ethnic group, or have a slightly different sub-culture of an ethnic group. For instance, Arabs are a part of an ethnic group because of a common language and distinct culture."

From the above information you can see how much diverse Afrikan people are which is one of the reasons people give on why they think Afrikan Unity is hard; of all the dimensions of Afrikan unity, this dimension of ethnic unity is the toughest even in all nations of the world and it is usually the fault line of disintegration if not we'll handled and is usually the dimension at which riots, civil wars,  and other forms of agitations are fought and is also the gateway through which colonisers enter to divide and conquer a people.

Without mentioning names, check most of the wars in Afrika and u will likely see one ethnic group against the other, or one religion against the other, it is also the same issue rocking so many other nations of the world that have not yet tackled it: this Ethnic dimension of Afrikan Unity is the dimension of Afrikan Unity that NO leader has actually addressed like the other dimensions: we tend to wish ethnicity away but we can't, we only have to work it out till it fades away till we have full Afrikan Unity when all Afrikans identify themselves as one Ethnic group, one tribe: Afrikan.

How to achieve Ethnic Unity of Afrikans

To achieve Ethnic/Tribal Unity, we must
1. Organise all Afrikans into one organization that amongst other functions, brings Afrikans together to discuss issues pertaining to ethnicity.
2. We must promote One Afrikan identity:
Ethnicity is an identity, it has a language,culture, religion etc we must promote One Afrikan Ethnicity by promoting  one Afrikan language, common Afrikan dressings etc so we can have an Afrikan identity in place of diverse identities.
3. Asking everyone to name their grievances and wishes:
We can neutralize tribalism by asking the different tribes to list what they want to achieve, how they want to and the assistance they need and what they will contribute to make their achievements work so that the govt would work with rather than against the interests of her tribes.
4. The Afrikan Values:
Ethnic Unity is to be built and sustained by Love, Wisdom, Truth especially Justice, Courage and dignity.
Every demand made by different tribes must be that which is just (really deserved), we must make sure we do not Rob any group to pay another; we should not take what belongs to one and give another, rather, we must give to each group what belongs to the group and make our nation stand on Justice and then through Global and Continental unity we protect the interests of all Afrikans whether at home or abroad.
5. We must return to the Afrikan system of govt:
The current party, presidential etc systems and structures of govt are Colonial, Undemocratic and Anti-Afrikan.
We need to veer away from this system that concentrates power on a few persons who are elected dictators with term limits (oligarchs) to a system that involves ALL Afrikans in their governance.
In the Afrikan system of govt, we have the King, PM, Age-grades, women, family heads esp first sons etc a playing active role in govt: everyone was represented, but today we have only about 100 reps per 1m people and in that you have Presidents and Governors more powerful than all the citizens put together. This is oligarchy my friend and not democracy, let us return to true democracy and not tenure dictatorship and we the Afrikan Age-Grade are here to make things right.

Afrika and her people: Afrikans must unite to move forward:
the glory of Afrika will manifest not when each Afrikan nation stands alone, or tries to compete with the other: in the end being picked one after the other and levelled down by the colonisers:

The power of Afrika will be realised by the unity of Afrikans:  that is the unification of all our hearts, minds, energies, wisdom, lands, govts, wealth and all that we have we share.

The United Afrika is the free Afrika;
The Divided Afrika is the colonial Afrika:

No Afrikan nation can be or remain free alone, ask Nkrumah he will tell you of Ghana, ask Gadafi he will tell u of Libya, ask  Sankara he will tell u of Burkina  Faso (land of the upright) the list goes on till u name every Afrikan state: not one is free or can be till we are united.

The unification of Afrika will make the colonisers know that Afrika is no longer a colony, but a renewed force that can withstand any force on earth. This is because:

The unification of Afrika will unite the thousands of Afrikan voice s speaking individually into one singular amplified voice heard and feared all over the world.

The unification of Afrika shall take the many govts of Afrikans that are seen as servants to colonisers, and give us one govt that commands the respect of all.

The unification of Afrika will destroy the attention of Afrikans on foreigners and make us centered on Afrika; therefore it will destroy our dependency on foreign goods, services, ideas and institutions and force us to redevelop out own.

The unification of Afrika will boost Intra-Afrika trade, which will boost Afrikan productivity by connecting the third largest world population together (Afrika has about 1.25b people).

So we shall determine terms of trade to our own conditions and advantage as Dr. Nkrumah told us, unlike what we are seeing in a divided Afrika to our disadvantage.

The unification of Afrika will give us one powerful currency backed with our resources as Gadafi proposed. This shall give the world economy to us because most of world's resources are sourced from Afrika. The currency will also be powerful because atleast 1.25 billion Afrikans will be using it. We shall also be using it in online transactions rather than the dollar dominance.

The unification of Afrika will give us military power by the unification of Afrikan army into one single Afrikan High Command for the defense of our territory from internal invasions while the different Afrikan states build strong police forces to protect Afrikans at home.
The Afrikan army will give us enough military might to destroy any internal and external threat to Afrikan peace and progress.

The unity, cooperation, justice, leadership, peace and progress that we will see in the true unity of Afrika shall totally remove the dependency on foreign Presidents and boost self-confidence among Afrikans;

When Afrika unites, all debts owed by Afrikan states shall be addressed favourably to Afrikans.

The United Afrika will mark the end of colonialism in Afrika Once and for All;

All the huge wealth leaving Afrika shall be trapped and made to circulate within Afrika for the Prosperity of All Afrikans;

The United Afrika shall be respected and feared all over the world by all nations as the rebirth of the golden age of Kemet.

This is the best time that Afrika can be rebuilt; this is the hour when we can rebuild Afrika into what no one has never dreamt of even in the most colorful Imaginations.

Afrika is like a beautiful mother who gave birth to children but when they grew fine they forgot her and even came to enslave their own mother who nurse and taught them all they know and boast of therefore we must get to together and rebuild Afrika.

We must team up and rebuild Afrika because we have been pushed to the wall and there is no other way to move than to force our way forward out of the shame of being the last among the people of the world, being the scorn of the world.
We can draw full strength like the sun rising again after its fall to give light to the worlds again. We must use the strength we have gathered in the dust to rise again and never to fall again.

We all should rebuild Afrika now because we now have all the available knowledge of science and the wisdom of technology restored with which we can rebuild the motherland of all humanity and civilizations.
What technology do we need to rebuild Afrika now? Is it ICT? The knowledge is here, is it power generation and transmission? The science and technology are like stones on the streets; is it transport technology? They are being invented and reinvented everyday even by school drop outs and primary school children. So What are we waiting for to repair the Light of the world.

We are at the ripest hour to rebuild Afrika because many Afrikans now know the importance of Afrikan Unity, that it was the philosophy of Afrikan Unity that brought the days of apartheid, black inferiority and colonialism to an end and that a higher degree of Afrikan Unity will bring neocolonialism, tribalism, poverty etc to their knees.
The need for Afrikan Unity, is no longer a hidden key we all just need to take that key and apply it for the gates of Afrikan progress to be flung wide open again.

We must rebuild Afrika now because this is the easiest time to Unite Afrika, this is the easiest time to connect with one another, to pass information, to mobilize people, to be successful, to gather large following with less labour than in the past.
In the past you needed to be present in a seminar to coordinate the seminar, but today you can stay in your room and hold a webinar that reached to everyone in the world that desires to listen to you, live and direct.
In the past you needed to share flyers and handbills fro. hand to hand physically to inform people but today with a soft banner online you can reach to thousands or millions you never met even without stepping out if your home.
The rise of social media has made mass media so wonderful that just a post online can get to a million people before the next minute if you've built your network wide enough.  Let us take full advantage of the modern technologies and mobilise in our millions and hundreds of millions with the agendas that bring solution to Afrikan challenges we are at the best if time.

This is the era of speed, the era of ease, the era when we can easily overtake what the nations have built in centuries within few years working of corporate action: we have the technology, the largest youthful population, the skills, the 3rd largest market, the natural resources and a capable leadership and organization what else do we need to rebuild Afrika.
Let us join hands and rebuild And Afrika. Join and support the Afrikan Age-Grade the organization with the Divine and  public mandate to unite and rebuild Afrika.

Let every hand be on the deck, let us open up out hearts and minds to dream, to meditate, to think and to believe, let us stretch out our hands and work.

Some should be working on projects to ensure 24 hour power stability in all parts of Afrika;
Some must be working on different aspects of technology that will make Afrika technologically advanced and independent;
Some must be working on how to make food a human right for all Afrikans: to make food as available as the air we breathe;

Some must be working on creating a renewed Afrikan, a civilised, holy and prospering being;

Some must be working on how to  secure Afrika from internal and external networks;
Some of us must be working full time on how to end corruption in Afrika;
Some must be working on how to end dictatorship, hypocrisy, oligarchy in Afrika;
Some must be working on how to secure the rights of Afrikan people for the past, present and future at home and our world

Some must be working on creating a common Afrikan Language, currency, army and nation;

Some must be working on achieving peace among Afrikan families, communities, tribes and ethnic groups.

The time for poverty to be the face of Afrika has come to an end!
The era of prosperity, peace and  progress as the composite image of Afrika must now begin.

Poverty is not Afrikan and it has never been the identity of Afrika or of the great Afrikans. it has been an  effect of the multiple shocks that Afrika and Afrikans have experienced in the forms of invasions and divisions from the north and south, east and west and then within Afrika leaving Afrikans with the broken pieces of their once flourishing civilizations.

Afrika was the home of the richest civilizations of the world: the very home to all world civilizations, yet...

...today, poverty, wars and diseases have left Afrikans wondering if life is worth living, if it is a curse to be Afrikan a disadvantage to be black?

That while the rest of the world has mostly being built with shining cities glowing with beautiful skyscrapers, everyday innovations, more than enough to eat, we find Afrika mostly struggling to keep power on, to get good education, to get a mosquito free sleep and decent housing while Afrikan Youths cross hot deserts and deep seas to get to other parts of the world to live a better life, only to be enslaved by foreigners in their own land on their way out, and to be treated like servants all over the world.

Shall the glorious past of Afrika remain a forgotten past?

Time has come for we Afrikans to say that this degradation of Afrikans shall continue no more, and for that:

We must take the bull by the horn; Unite, cooperate together for the revival of Afrikan progress;

We must identify our problems, solve them one after the other till we have Uhuru: peace, Progress and prosperity laden Afrika;

Rebuilt cities, advanced technology, restoration of Afrikan legacies we must continue to count achieved objectives till we lose count of Progress made, till we lead Afrikans from Last to First; worst to best;

And the glory of Afrikans gets restored all over the world,
 and all people of Afrikan descent be proud to call Afrika home and want to return home

Let us all join the Afrikan Age-Grade to declare:
"This is the end of poverty in Afrika"
let the prosperous Afrika be born again
