WHAT AFRIKA NEEDS:

WE NEED AFRIKAN UNITY
By #AfrikanUnity we mean:

ONE Afrikan Language
ONE Afrikan Currency
ONE Afrikan Bank
ONE Afrikan Monetary Fund
ONE Afrikan Army
ONE Afrikan Country
ONE Afrikan Govt

WE NEED AN AFRIKAN CONSTITUTION

We need a CONSTITUTION formed by all Afrikans, and not one or a few persons or handwritten by colonisers.
The Constitution will serve as the regulator of the Afrikan nation, it will restrict the power of the elected officers, it will not have absolute immunity like what we see today, it will rather have absolute accountability for responsibility, meaning that whatever happens in your jurisdiction during your tenure, you shall be accountable for starting from when you are still in power till when you leave office.

WE NEED POWERFUL AFRIKAN LEADERSHIP AT ALL LEVELS

We need  powerful leaders among us, leaders who are Powerful in love, vision, wisdom and courage and  not tyrants, blamers and dictators.
We need powerful leaders across the Afrikan Community across all spheres of life, not only in politics but health, culture, sports, tourism, entertainment etc.
Leaders are needed because for us to move forward we need to leave our current level and move, and only leaders move people why rulers can only rule peopla and stagnate them.
We need leaders in all the field because there it is when a nation is developed at all spheres that true development is achieved. we need to build a very diversified economy where everyone can find a place to shine, and it only when every field is developed that we can find expression for our potentials, and only leaders not mangers, not bureaucrats can develop any field of life.

With a powerful leadership driven by wealth of Vision and values to unite Afrikans and rebuild Afrika again.

And with all the above factors (Unity, Constitution/Rule of law, Leadership) in place, Afrika becomes the Paradise on earth that tourists must visit before they die; the real Wakanda, the Eldorado, the true land of origin.

To achieve the above sounds Utopic, but many nations have gone beyond those levels and have even started full employment of resources, therefore our dream is a reality waiting for action, and the action we need begins with the Pan-Afrikan  conferences where we Afrikans come together to achieve our vision:
 That is where we draft Afrikan Unity;
That is where we form true Afrikan leaders;
That is where we draft the Afrikan Constitution etc

Of a truth,this is the time for Afrika, and this time around Afrika must surely Unite and Win!!!
